Are you sure your crochet swimwear doesn’t stretch
and are they fully lined? I’ve had issues with crochet
before and it’s usually mostly for looks.
What does One Size Mean? I’ve seen that before but don’t believe one size fits most how is that?
Our dresses and robes are One-Size since they feature a drawstring at the waist for size adjustment and therefore fit sizes XS-XL-MATERNITY. Our Dresses and Robes are flowy and comfortable while still giving you that cinch at the waist for the perfect silhouette.
Do you have a physical location?
The store that currently carries our brand – in Arizona’s premier shopping destinations - Open Mind Emporium at Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall.
I recently purchased online can I return my items to one of your locations?
Unfortunately, we do not accept online purchases to be returned in store since the stores are independently owned they have a separate system than we do. If you make a purchase online it must be returned online, and if it’s purchased in store it should be returned to that store.

We carry a limited quantity for exclusivity. Some items do get restocked but due to them being handmade we are unable to restock right away on select item

When is my order shipped?
Orders placed during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST) are typically processed and shipped within one business day. Once an order has processed, delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method. We strive to serve you to the best of our ability but in the rare occasion there is an unexpected occurrence, our team will reach out within 1 business day with best options

What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted up to 14 days from date of delivery provided that there is no sign of wear and no damage to the dress including cuts, tears, holes, broken embellishments etc. also the items must not have any kind of stains, makeup patches, perfume smell, etc. and any other signs of wear. To ensure quality, it is mandatory that all swimwear must be returned with hygiene liners intact in order to qualify for returns. All returns will be inspected by our Quality team before returns are issued.
To begin the process please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the Subject line ‘Return Request’.
We will make the process as easy as possible and send out a return shipping label to you which you will only have to send over along with the original packaging. Upon examination from our Quality team, your return will be issued between 1-3 business days minus shipping.
Note: The 14-day period is applicable from date of delivery and implies that our team must be notified within this timeframe -not that we must receive the item back by then.
What is your shipping policy?
In order to provide the best delivery experience possible, we utilize different carriers but prefer to go with whichever one can guarantee the promptest delivery of your order.
Once your order is shipped we will send out a shipping confirmation along with a tracking number for you to stay current with the delivery date. Items ship from our facilities as soon as available and only in the event that a certain item is not available will we offer to exchange or provide a custom order.
Please note that since several of our items feature handcrafted elements – some pre-orders may see unexpected delays in the event of which we will be in touch to keep you up to date and provide the best alternatives for you as options.
